My name is Ella Karo. I've worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, helping children with autism grow, through some of their hardest days and their biggest breakthroughs.

Now I have a chance to grow further myself: I've been accepted into an MS ABA program as a full time student, the final step toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I'm covering this largely on my own. I've received a partial scholarship, and I'm raising the remaining $20,000 to close my tuition gap so I can keep growing and keep helping the kids I work with grow too.
