We are reaching out today because our family has hit a series of overwhelming setbacks, and we have reached a point where we cannot recover without a helping hand. Over the past year, it feels like every time we try to stand up, another emergency knocks us down. Last September (2025), I underwent surgery. The medical bills and the time required for recovery dealt a massive blow to our finances. Just as we were trying to find our footing, emergency struck again this April when our Jeep was completely totaled in an accident. Because we lost our primary vehicle and insurance didn't cover ( as well as insurance going up even more) the full reality of our situation, our family transportation has completely collapsed: My husband’s truck desperately needs mechanical work to stay safely on the road. Our daughter’s car AC is completely broken, making her daily. Our son urgently needs a reliable truck for work, school and daily essentials. Between trying to fix what we have, replace what we lost, and manage the mounting everyday bills that piled up while I was out from surgery, we have fallen deeply behind. We are a hard-working family, but the bills keep coming faster than we can recover. How the Funds Will Be Used: We have set our goal to directly cover: Critical repairs to my husband's truck and daughter's AC. For funds for a reliable used truck for our son.
