I'm reaching out to all of my friends and family because we need your help. Yesterday my brother Alex fell from a ladder and landed on the concrete, hitting his head and breaking both of his wrists. My sister Coco and brother-in-law, Gustavo, took him to the Methodist hospital near downtown Dallas and they told him that he is going to need surgery on one of his wrist, the other one is fixable without requiring a surgery. The surgery is going to take place at the hospital tomorrow at noon. The Doctor says that his recovery is going to take months.

My brother is a hardworking man, responsible, and a good provider to his kids. He works freelance doing apartment maintenance with no insurance. Being that all his work requires physically labor, this accident is going to put him out of income for quite some time, until he fully recovers.

The hospital said that he can create a payment plan to help him alleviate this expense, however, his daily expenses are going to continue coming up. I created this fundraiser hoping to help him with immediate expenses, such as mortgage, car payments, general bills, and daily expenses, while he stays focused on his recovery.

I love my brother so much and if you have the fortune of knowing him, you know he is one of the kindness people in this world, always willing to help those in need… he helped me when I broke my back years ago, he helped my son's dad when he got diagnosed with cancer, he helps anyone who he sees in need, even sometimes when he isn't in the best situation to help.
