Hello I am embarrassed to ask for help but I am struggling so much I am beyond on my car payment I have a bone marrow defect that is causing my body to constantly be weak don’t no if it’s blood cancer cuz I don’t have health insurance anyway I have been sick since the 5th and I haven’t been able to work I’m a cna i had shift today I couldn’t make it past 2 hours I started to throw up and got to dizzy that money was supposed to go the car payment I’m at a lose that’s why I looked on google for help I’m alone and this is hard if anyone reads this and decides to help I’d greatly appreciated it once I have the car payment I can try to get my strength up for my rent so I can work again
