Help for Disabled Veteran
I am a disabled veteran. I have several disabilities including a disease called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome as well as PTSD. I was just gifted a new puppy to be trained as a service dog. Unfortunately I have allergies to dogs that shed and most service dog organisations train labs, goldens, or German shepherds which I have allergies to. The organisations that train poodles or doodles all have very long wait lists and I have been on the list of one for four years already with no end in sight. When an amazing breeder of medium sized poodles heard my story she decided to gift me a puppy. I am now trying to raise money to pay for a trainer who will take the puppy and work with her intensively for a few months and then will work together with me several times a week to train her into a full service dog. Any amount you could donate would be amazing. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your help to make this happen for me.
