Help for Jen and Logan

My friend Jen's husband got sick a couple of weeks ago and couldn't go to work. They ended up having to cal the ambulance to come pick him up from their house. He was in the hospital and they couldn't seem to find out what was wrong with him. He was in too much pain to do a biopsy or lay on the table to get an MRI. They suspected cancer and that's what it ended up being. Terminal. There was nothing they could do. They discussed hospice with her and later that night he passed away in the hospital. This has completely turned her world upside down. They have so much work that needs to be done on her house. He didn't have medical insurance. They have a twelve year old son, Logan. She finally found the life insurance policy and it was only for accidental death or dismemberment. So her and Logan get nothing to help pay for any of this since it was natural causes. She finally went to the funeral home and they are wanting almost 1,500 for them to even release his ashes to her. She told them it would be a while before she could pay them. She asked if they could have a small service for his friends to come pay their respects and they told her it would be $500 so she couldn't do that. They let her that her and her son could come spend 15 minutes with him before they cremated him. 15 minutes! She wasn't working at the time because she needed to be there for her husband and she was the only one to do all of the things for her son now. This has been absolutely devastating for her and her son. It was out of nowhere. I am hoping to get enough money for her to get caught up on all of her bills and to bring her husband home to her and Logan. Anything is a help to her during this horrible time in her life
