I am a 71 year old retired Nurse after suffering a debilitating stroke during surgery. Since I can no longer drive my husband of 40 years has to do every thing I was doing, but can no longer do. He buys groceries, cooks, does the laundry, gives me a shower, helps me dress, all of this after working 8 hours every day. He recently had an accident. Our auto insurance is $1000 deductible. I am going to have to borrow from our life insurance in order to pay it. We are not behind on our bills but struggle to keep the payments up to date. I just want to have enough money in the bank to remove some stress from my husband.
