My 22 month old German Shepherd desperately needs your help! She fractured her hip in the evening on Valentines Day, and surgery is her only option. She has an excellent prognosis, but only if I'm able to get your help. I've had her since the day she was born and she is my heart.

I'm a single, public school teacher and even with a second job, it's tough making ends meet. I've paid over $400 for her initial visit to the veterinarian on February 15th. My wonderful vet told me she's 'never seen a fracture like this before' and referred me to Metropolitan Veterinary Specialty in Louisville, KY.  

Any amount you are able to give will be greatly appreciated. Any amount over what Hennessy needs will go to the Mercer County Animal Shelter. I'm not here to make a profit, I simply need help paying for her surgery.
