Hick Life Family
Help Josh Fight!
I wanted to help my bother from another mother "Josh Seabolt" do what he has done for so many others, including myself and our family. Which was raise awareness and provide help for someone in need. When our lives as we formally knew it became turned upside down due to life changing medical issues. For us "Shawn & Amanda Morris" it was when our 13 year old daughter was fighting for her life from cancer.
Josh was there for us and pulled the independent music community together in our time of need which helped us to focus on what really mattered. Which was being able to continue to function as a family and alleviate a lot of the day to day financial struggles while fighting our battle with our daughter.
For those that may not be aware Josh has been battling chronic kidney disease for some time, but as of a few months ago worsened and his only option at this time to keep him alive while working his way up the transplant list is dialysis. What our kidneys consistently do 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Josh has to have done 3 days a week just to keep him alive. Turning his former life as he knew upside down. Including being able to maintain a regular work week due to dialysis treatment and also the time it takes to bounce back from those weekly treatments as well. Not including all the additional cost of traveling back and forth and doctors visits and then trying to maintain on what is now a 1 household income and all the stress that comes along with such drastic changes.
I would like to ask everyone to please help lift up Josh and his family in this time of need if you can regardless of how large or small of a donation you can give. I understand times can be tough for everyone but imagine having this thrown in your lap out of thr blue. For those that absolutely cant donate you can still be a huge help by sharing this with all your friends and family and anyone else if possible and ask them to help and share as well. Josh has helped so many in the past including us I would love to do my part and ask everyone to help from the bottom of their hearts.
Sincerely
The Morris Family
