In February, Joshua was diagnosed with a rare and agressive form of testicular cancer. After having surgery to remove the first tumor, scans showed it had already moved into his lymph nodes. On April 7th he started chemotherapy treatment. Unfortunately he's missed a lot of work to get to this point and has depleted his savings.
