My name is Victoria and this is my story.... I am looking to raise enough money to purchase a reliable vehicle for me to be able to go to work, school, and to travel home. I'm writing to you today to ask for help. Even just a small donation would help me with a down payment. 

About a month ago, I was in a car accident that totaled my vehicle and luckily I walked away with a sore arm and a few bruises. Since then, I have been struggling with getting back and fourth to work, school and not to mention financing. I have no credit, so of course no one will take a chance on me without a co-signer. I'm not looking to get a new car just one that is safe and reliable for a young girl. I work late hours and have to get up early for school and trying to rely on friends /co-workers has proven to be a struggle in itself. I don't make a lot of money and usually get paid every 2 wks, and trying to stretch dollars for rent, food, heat, city bus, uber, and lyft is also very hard on me, to be honest I really don't know how everyone does it. I have been feeling unsafe lately at bus stops and my mother worries a lot but I find myself stuck in a bag and can't seem to get out. I can't ask my mother for help as she is on unemployment and struggling with her own household finances. Your donation will go towards the help of this young girl to get reliable transportation so I may continue to work, educate myself and hopefully one day be able to pay it forward....

My mom sent this to me in a card awhile back and I just thought I would share it on here, because it is so beautiful and brought tears to my eyes...
