Every rescue organization starts with one person rescuing one horse. Today I'm finally that one person, but there's two I want to save... Can anyone help with the other?

She's a beautiful white mule at Bowie's sale lot in Texas and she needs help asap!

I'm currently taking in a beautiful half blind white mule whose going to stay with me forever, but there's another white mule that looks like his twin nearby and I don't want to leave her behind! Even though I didn't plan on pulling her too, I can, but I need help.

Im hoping someone buys her before she gets put on the list to ship out, but I'm not hopeful. She's been there for weeks, so now I'm fundraising. No one seems to have any interest in her online, and she's housed in the back of the sale lot. She's also unhandled and looks sore in her video. It looks like she's even been there longer than some of the horses they've put on the list to ship to Mexico. She is gorgeous, but I feel like the odds are really stacked against her. She may also be sick, but I won't know until I have her vetted. Share if you care and if you can afford even a few dollars, please Donate to help!

I have a hauler lined up for both of them and several people have already offered to give her a home after she's quarantined but she's in Texas and we're in Florida! And unfortunately no one has the extra money we need to get her out to our location.

Realistically we need about $2500 more. That pays for shipping (which is 3x her cost), corrective hoof trimming and the rest will go towards daily care and act a buffer for vet bills, which we'd be lucky to avoid. When this page hits $1500 I can put her on hold and get a vet out to her! If anyone makes a larger donation, or if someone else takes her, the remainder will be put towards another rescue horses care, either at my place or the one I volunteer at.

Help me help her! Whatever you can give is greatly appreciated, even if it's only $5... That'd at least pay for a salt lick and some carrots, and that's way more than she has now!

For those of you who don't know me, I grew up riding at a farm that saved auction horses from slaughter, and I currently volunteer at a local horse rescue. After years of hard work on my farm and many hours of long thought, I decided I'm finally going to start rescuing equines again!

I am just getting started rescuing, and I do not have an organization set up yet, so I will NOT pull her from the pen until I'm sure I can provide her with everything she needs! -Because if she needs anything extra, I may not be able to afford it, and I want to make her situation better, not worse.
