My name is Candy Bain. My brother is Larry known as Jr or Junebug to most. He has worked hard and helped anyone in need his entire life,but in June 2017 he didn't know that he soon would be the one relying on others to help him. He was working as usual and started getting numb from waste down when he decided to come home to see his dr. After doing a lot of test and spending his entire savings his dr told him to take all of his results and go to the er at Erlanger. It wasn't long before he couldn't use his legs at all and had to be in a wheelchair. All the Dr's couldn't figure out what was wrong and after over 30 days in the hospital he was diagnosed with a very rare disorder called Neurosarcoidosis,and Lymphoma. He already had diabetes,thyroid disease, and rheumatoid arthritis. He hasn't worked since that day and still is trying to get on disability. He relies on anyone to help with his medication which at times he has went without for a short period because he's to proud to ask for help. He lives with his youngest daughter. He has to do chemo once a month and has no income what so ever. I have done a couple of fundraisers to help him and had a lot of support. I'm asking for anyone to help him because he now knows he will never be able to work again and has thousands of dollars worth of dr bills. The disability people has told him when he does get own it they will not back pay that much and if he gets Medicaid they will not pay for the first 2 months and that's when he was having all the test and in the hospital.
