My name is Steven Racz, and I’m the Founder & CEO of Thrive Today Wellness, a newly founded nonprofit in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

This mission is deeply personal to me.

I’ve experienced the devastating effects of addiction firsthand. I know what it’s like to struggle, to feel lost, and to wonder whether life will ever get better.

But my story didn’t end there.

Through faith, recovery, hard work, and a complete lifestyle transformation, I began rebuilding my life. I found God, got clean, lost more than 80 pounds, and became a father.

Now, I want to help others experience that same opportunity for a new beginning.

Our Vision

Thrive Today Wellness is being built to change the way we approach addiction recovery and mental health.

We believe recovery should be about more than simply overcoming addiction. It should be about rebuilding every area of a person’s life.

Our vision is to develop a comprehensive, whole-person recovery program that includes:

• Addiction and mental health counseling
• Fitness, nutrition, and physical wellness
• Employment opportunities through Thrive Today Workforce
• Housing stability through Thrive Housing
• Financial education and independence
• Family restoration and stronger relationships
• Peer support, mentorship, and community connection
• Optional faith-based and spiritual support

We want to help people not just survive recovery, but truly thrive.

Before we can open our doors and begin serving our community, we need to build a strong legal and operational foundation.

Your donations will help cover:

• IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exemption application
• Pennsylvania charitable registration and required filings
• Nonprofit attorney and legal services
• Accounting and administrative setup
• Professional website and donation platform
• Insurance, fundraising materials, and essential startup expenses

This first $10,000 is our foundation.

It will help us take the necessary steps toward establishing an organization capable of making a lasting difference in Pittsburgh.
