Mark Gearheart s a 49 year old disabled person. He been out of work since 2017. He had toe amptions and part of right foot removed. he on a fix income he has bills to pay he cant get finacing cause of credit income. he needs a car go to doctors grocies and church. please i know everybody today is having a hard time with covid 19. please help
