In late 2021 I started experiencing strange symptoms that started to affect my daily life including chronic joint pain, periods of extreme fatigue, periods of brain fog, blurry vision and many other symptoms. After going to countless doctors  over the course of a year and many test I finally got diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease. For those unfamiliar about Lyme in most cases when someone is bitten by a tick and they show immediate symptoms within days of the bite it is called acute Lyme and when treated early on can be cured. Chronic Lyme happens when someone is bitten by a tick and shows no immediate symptoms and the disease is able to start  spreading throughout the body over the course of months or even years without symptoms. When Lyme is left untreated it can cause a number of debilitating symptoms including, neurological problems extreme brain fog, memory loss, muscle spamming, heart problems, vision impairment, debilitating fatigue, chronic joint pain to name a few. 

                                                                                                                                               When I got this diagnosis I was relieved to figure it out,  but as I started to seek treatment I quickly learned that modern medicine doesn't have a treatment plan for this complex infection and sought out treatment through alternative medicine.  I can say today that Im still battling this horrible disease and it has taken me to some dark and scary places and filled me full of uncertainly, doubt and worry about my future in this world. Today Im in pretty bad shape and happy to still be functioning but Im having major problems interfering with my quality of life. Im the the type of person that is super stubborn and doesn't like to ask for help,  but at this time in my life I am asking for help in the fight against Lyme Disease. I need to win this war.
