Hi guys, it's ya girl Kat 💕

I'm running this crowdfunding campaign because I was encouraged by multiple people to do so - after being resistant to the idea for some time (I don't like asking for things) I finally decided to give it a go. 

To make a long and complicated story short, I moved across the country almost 8 months ago and things were going well for the majority of it until my father, who co-signed my lease, got upset with me for turning down an opportunity to work for his company and decided to angrily end the lease on my behalf, forcing me to move out of my apartment on incredibly short notice. Since then (end of February) I've been staying at a motel looking to a new apartment - however it has been extremely difficult to save money while paying more than I should to a motel, and it's beginning to feel as though I'll never get out.

I found an apartment that I love and can afford on a month by month basis finally, but the initial move in costs will be roughly $2000 and the opportunity will likely disappear by the end of next week if I don't lock it down. I set the goal at $1500 because I know I'll be able to save a portion of that amount myself - but anything you guys can do will be greatly helpful to me.
