This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write. I’ve gone back and forth for a long time before deciding to ask for help, but right now I’m at a point where I can no longer do this alone. Please, kindly help, if you can.

Today, I stood there unable to pay one dollar for a loaf of bread. It may sound small, but that moment broke me. Not because of the bread itself, but because it made everything I’ve been carrying suddenly feel very real. It was the moment I understood how far things had slipped, and how much I’ve been silently struggling.

Over time, due to circumstances beyond my control, I’ve fallen into serious financial difficulty. What started as manageable bills slowly turned into overwhelming debt. I’ve tried to handle everything responsibly (budgeting, cutting expenses, seeking advice) but despite my efforts, I’m struggling to keep up and it’s taken a heavy emotional toll.

The stress has affected my sleep, my mental health, and my sense of stability. Every day feels like I’m trying to stay afloat while the weight keeps getting heavier. Asking for help does not come easily to me, but I’m choosing humility and honesty because I truly need support.
