If the pandemic has made one thing clear, it's the importance of education. Circumstances forced me to pause my graduate school education at Western State Colorado University two years ago. With my first novel forthcoming in 2022, now is the absolute best time to return, and I cannot afford to do it on my own. That's where you come in!

Times are tough for just about everybody right now, and it's not easy to ask for help, but if I can raise even a fraction of the $9,000 it will cost me to re-enroll in WSCU's Genre Fiction program and complete my MA, I know I must try. If enough people chip in $10 or $20 that will allow me to pay off my fees and register for the Fall semester.

I believe deeply in the writing and reading of Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror. It has not been easy for me to make my way into the field, and earning my MA is the best way to open more doors and make sure I can do this work and that I can devote time and energy to my own work and to assisting others. Education is my largest outstanding debt, and without a Masters degree to justify it, the debt is nothing but a needless burden. Help me make it worthwhile!
