Margaret Kidd is a tenant who lives in a building we manage and has fallen on hard times, see Facebook post for more details! Long story short, she was facing eviction when we first met as I was taking over management on a building she was living in and she had fallen behind due to serious health issues. We gave her a second chance and moved her into a building down the street. Since then she has been a great tenant.. always pays rent on time, goes out of her way to help keep the common areas of the complex clean and even works with some of the neighbor kids to help keep things clean and contribute to the neighborhood community. Recently more health problems have hit her family and she has been out of work and fallen behind again. We want to help her through this difficult time and give her hope so she can get back on her feet!
