Help Me Help Them
It breaks my heart ❤ having to walk past these people on my way to work. But my love of society is deeper than my debit card can withstand. Yet, I will grab a box or bag of doughnuts and coffee to hand out on my way by. Not much, just a four pack of warm coffee and a bag of $2.99 doughnuts.
The smiles and genuine Thank You's I receive would have you believing I was Oprah passing out new cars. Oh, what I Would do with Oprah's money.
Update: I've been laid off, but I still think about how I'd dream while I was walking about all that I'd do for them if I could hit a jackpot or lottery. Would you like to help me help them? I hope you will.
