Last year, I unexpectedly lost my job, and that started a financial hardship that I have been working incredibly hard to recover from. I applied for dozens of jobs and took part-time work whenever I could find it, but it wasn’t enough to keep up with everything.

I have used my tax refund and even taken an early withdrawal from my pension to keep my mortgage payments going and protect my home. I have done everything I could to handle this on my own.

Thankfully, I recently found full-time employment, and I am finally in a position where I can make my regular mortgage payments again. Unfortunately, I am still behind from the months when I was struggling to find steady work.

Right now, Vanderbilt Mortgage has given me a $5,196.01 reinstatement amount. If I can pay that amount, my mortgage can be reinstated and I can resume making my normal monthly payments beginning September 1.

I am asking for help reaching a $5,500 goal. The immediate amount needed is $5,196.01, with the remainder helping account for processing fees.
