Hello there!
I am Latoya from Holy Springs and I would like to share my story with you.
I know your time is precious, so I will be brief.
Looking back at my past, I can only see pain and abuse: A neglectful family,
who never supported me, a very violent boyfriend (now in jail due to
charges) and a lot of trauma around human relationships. I now realize
that never in my life have I even dared to imagine doing something just
for myself – just because it feels good…
That is up to this moment. Because I have finally decided to change my
life and start over: I have decided to live this entire year, following my
passion, without being held back by fear.
And so far, I have already managed to take the first step towards my
dreams by pursuing a career in acting and actually taking part in my first
play on April 8th! And I couldn't feel happier!
I know that I have made quite a few mistakes of my own in the past and I
am ready to take full responsibility for them.
However, in order to make a new beginning, I feel that everyone should
have some kind of support, a little push to help them make their first few
steps towards a new life.
And this is exactly what I am asking from you. Hopefully with your
precious support I will be able to make my next dream come true:
Taking a trip to Cape Town, along with a wonderful group of lovely
women!
The cost of the trip is unfortunately listed for $1600 with the international
round trip currently costing from $1900 to $7000, which exceeds my
financial capacity.
I want you to know that every dollar donated will help me come closer to
happiness and will fill my heart with joy and gratitude.
I know that if you have ever found yourself in a similar position, you will
understand.
