Help me to feed people!!!

Greeting Earthlings,

lol Hi I'm Am'. I graduated from Escoffier Culinary Institute back in 2018. I love cooking and feeding people. My specialty is that of smoked meats and barbecue. I started cooking at a very young age . Some call me a kitchen witch, which is suitable. I do use herbs and alchemy to my advantage in healing the sick and catering to wounds. With that being said I blew my shoulder out in 2015 and the Dr said after graduation he'd fix my shoulder. I had a seizure and fell face first on the concrete blowing my shoulder out, biting my tongue almost completely in half and damaging my frontal lobe. It was a very long road my judgement was off for months, I couldn't walk my balance was hugely effected. I had to teach myself how to drive and how to write again. It was horrible. I never thought I'd be sitting here while today writing this essay. After alot of self doubt and self rehab I slowly started gaining my sight, my balance , my jugement slowly but surely I started driving again but that damn shoulder kept dislocating every wrong move I'd make . It's the most helpless ordeal and one of the most painful I still ha e flash backs of it to this day and cringe. Yes my shoulder can still dislocate but thanks to my job as a Masseuse it keeps the muscles pretty tight. I just can't reach up like everyone else in the morning and stretch my arms more flip a light switch by reaching back and never reach under the bed,. big No No. All I want to do is stretch, its very unfair in away. Back to graduation .So 2 days after graduation the dr. retracted his statement telling me if the bone they take out of my body doesn't graph to my shoulder bone which is supposed to be round but now is flat with cartridge and bone spurs floating around it then I could be cripple for the rest of my life. I was told they couldn't replace my shoulder because I was too young. ..Too young! But 90 year old Betty over here gets a replacement for what? To dig her grave? Anyways I took a break from the kitchen because there was no way I could work 60 hours under someone 5-6 days a week without the risk of dislocation. That would be very dangerous and put others at risk around me.So I promised myself I'd take a break, go back to being a Masseuse and when the time is right and I can work for myself I'd hop on it. This means I can pace myself and not be ordered around by an elder chef like (Ramsey) lol With this arm I have to put it first every second of my life depends on this shoulder staying in place . So here we are 2023 the little convenient store outside my neighborhood has installed a kitchen and said if I want the night shift I can sell my food!!!! Do you know how long I've been waiting for this? I've worked at this same store off and on for 10 years and now finally they have a kitchen. I am so excited! Thing is during the pandemic I lost everything. Our land lord sold the town house out from under us. I lost my cars, my life. No one wanted a massage because they were scared of covid so money was scares. Recently my truck was stolen 3 months ago and hasn't turned up. So with the store being so close it's perfect.. I just need a little push to get stated. I'm always the one who feeds the homeless and looks out for the less fortunate hell during culinary school because I took an online course kids in the neighborhood would stop by eagerly wondering what I had to cook that day so they could get in on a bite.. I usually made them a plate. I never got a plate but that didn't matter because people were full and they had smiles on their faces. You see I was a homeless teenager and I know what it's like to be hungry . I lived off ketchup packs. Still to this day if I go thru a drive thru the first thing I do is grab a ketchup pack rip it open and suck the ketchup out of it. It's so comforting still to this day, kinda like "dont forget where you came from!" Anyways I could go on and on but the reason I'm here is because I want to feed people and at the end of my night the left overs will not get thrown away they will be handed out to the homeless and once or twice a month I want to hold a Banquet where anyone hungry struggling familys or the homeless can come enjoy a nice meal. Veterans will get discounts and so will senior citizens and first responders. I want to make a difference one brisket at a time and with your help that can be possible. ..Thank you for reading my story and hopefully if everyone can donate a dollar I can make it to the finish line. Thank you very much God Bless. Am'Ds BBQ
