Meeko decided to take on a rattlesnake. Scottie and I both work nights and long hours...a doggy door was necessary and made them so happy to have the freedom to go in and out as they please. Unfortunately Scottie came home and found winston and Meeko bitten and rushed them to an emergency vet. The anti venom alone causes $500...meeko needed three and Winston one. Winston is fine but Meeko has not had an easy road. We have already spent $10,000 on the first vet and his last hope was to be transferred to a specialist today. I want him to be happy and pain free but do everything in my power to make sure this isn't how his last days are spent. I know there is a lot of things in the world you could donate to but truly anything helps.
