Hello my name is Jim. I am creating this page for my girlfriend, Dawn. Over the past 13 yrs I have watched her give and do for everyone in her life. She is an awesome mom and grandmother. Back in 2009 I needed help with my business, I am a contractor who does remodeling. I couldn't afford to pay someone and needed help. We live together so she left her job and came to work for me. I paid her but kept the money towards the mortgage food gas bills and when she needed money I would give it to her. I was able to dig myself out of a hole but put her in another. Her Uncle needed help 2 yrs ago in the mornings cooking for his business. She works for him from 5-10 and then for me sometimes till 8pm and does it for only $10. Recently her youngest son became addicted to benzos. She hasn't worked in a while for many reasons. Her 21yr old son became addicted to benzos and smoking percs. After finding out what was going on she dedicated her life to getting him clean. In the meantime he stole over $3,000 from her and totaled her car. It took almost 3yrs but I'm happy to report he is clean since Thanksgiving and being the wonderful woman she is, she helped him get his fines paid and was his chauffeur when he lost his license for 3 months. In the meantime she has been very sick. About 6 yrs ago she had a sinus infection. She has had 2 surgeries and still gets them. She can't even lift her head when she gets them. She also was diagnosed with lupus and rheumotoid arthritis. Her ex husband kicked her off his health ins when the Obama care started so she got help from the state, which is great but NO DOCTORS she needs in the area. She is constantly sick or gets lumps, vomiting, and gets depressed. Lupus is an disease that the body attacks itself constantly. She also has migraines and degenerative disc disease as well as arthritis and bursitis in both her hips. This is a woman who was never sick. She wants to go back to work and school and make money so she can buy good health care and get good docs so she can feel better. Every turn she takes it's a struggle, always has been. She was driving a truck we had and of course the engine crapped out so she can't go anywhere. I am watching her get sadder and sadder and more depressed. I am working and paying the bills but can not afford a bicycle. I am begging anyone to help her. I would like to raise enough for her to buy a car and good medical insurance. Her credit isn't the best as her son put a lot in her name and never paid things off as well as some of my stuff is put on her credit report. She has signed up for emergency help SSI but they keep denying her. It breaks my heart because so many are on it that don't deserve it and here she has always worked her butt off and puts everyone above herself. Please help the most beautiful person I have ever known. She has always had to struggle. Her back problems started when she was 13. She was molested for many years by her moms live in boyfriend, she wat he'd her alcoholic father beat her mother daily for 10 yrs before he singed a paper giving up rights to his kids so he could be with his mistress. At 15 she found out she was pregnant, dropped out of school and raised her living with her grandparents. She married when her daughter was 9 and she had 2 boys. Her hisbanf turned out to be lazy, to the point she worked 2 jobs and took care of the cooking, cleaning, laundry, cars......everything!!! He worked but only took home $300 a week. He never cared to even try to make more.....for a family of 5? I watched her run out of oil in the winter and have electricity shut off. This is someone who deserves the best of everything. All she wants is to feel better so she can work. Please help me
