My cat Merlin was diagnosed with suspected dry FIP after seeing multiple vets and having every test done. The vets still had no confirmed diagnosis except suspected FIP. Merlin is only 3 1/2 yrs, he was my shelter rescue and I've had him since 10 days old. I got up every 3 hrs to bottle feed him. I've maxed out every credit card I have, took out care credit, but despite the financial hardship I'm not ready to give up on him. He had a feeding tube placed Friday, and started his first day of treatment, he seems to be doing better, we're are on day 4 now, but I'm keeping my fingering crossed as there are no guarantees with this disease.
