Help Mom get her house back.

Hi I'm Diane in Boise, Idaho. and am a native.  This story is unbelievable awful!! but unfortunately true!! Alexandria, my 10 year old daughter,  lives with my mom Barbara, 93 and me, and my disabled daughter, Naomi, a former ballet and professional dancer. We have a family house, my mom helped financed a new house as her old house was very old and not safe......due to poor credit scores and finances we had my sister in California put the house in her name, with the understanding she could pay off some of her bills...She agreed to share the care of mom and she has not. I've cared for mom 17 years in this house, except for the 5 years when we had a house fire. We had to move 5 times and rented while my sister received insurance funds and never fixed the house. We currently live in the basement which is borderline liveable... the upstairs is all tore up and not finished... 2 bathrooms and kitchen, no flooring done... Also, I found out my sister drained money out of the house refinancing repeatedly, currently 200,000,, as I was making the mortgage payments, I was very upset. She came close to loosing the house , putting it on verge of foreclosure. She refuses to put my name or mom's name on the title, or give it back...refuses to make a will... refuses to fix the house....I've met with an attorney who tells me that there is a good chance of getting the house back and some of the money. I work part-time as a Social Worker, as partially retired, and we do not have the funds for attorney's fees.
Absolutely, any amount would be greatly appreciated!!!! ,, if u only knew!!!!!!!!! there is more to the story..
