Hi, as some of you may know, my father is terminal. He has metastasized breast/bone cancer. For all my life my dad being my sole provider has busted his butt working his life away in carpentry to be able to live his life and raise me comfortably. To this day, despite being terminal, he has no choice but to work. Unfortunately his truck has come up on some repairs that are needed and his truck itself is very much needed for doctors appointments which he has weekly, sometimes a couple of days a week, not to mention he needs it to transport his tools to and from jobsites. To get his truck running right it’ll be about 2500 but to get it fully running we’re looking at 4500-5000. Between the cost of his health care, gas, rent, groceries and truck payments, this is a lot. My dad has never been one to ask for help, hence why I’m always the one to ask for him when I feel it’s absolutely necessary. Right now he’s stuck between paying his payment and the repairs and that’s a tough place to be. He can’t afford to lose his truck especially at such a trying time in his life, nor can he totally afford to repair it at the moment. If anyone is willing to donate to help get his truck in working order, it would be greatly appreciated. He drives a diesel if you’re questioning the repair cost, diesels are quite costly and though he expected that he wasn’t expecting the other turmoil in his life.
