Help my Dad recover

Very hard to find the right words to begin this, but I definitely need to explain why I'm asking for a donation from you.

At the end of March my father's heath, suddenly and quickly, deteriorated. Despite all the routine check-ups, regularly taking all his medication and keeping an healthy life style, his coronaries were completely clogged and all his organs started to fail. In a matter of hours after being admitted to the E.R., he was resuscitated a couple times and it became clear the only hope was to do an emergency open heart surgery to try and save his life.

The operation went well, against all odds and he was on his way to a heart rehabilitation facility to complete his recovery when he had a stroke. Only 7 days after he got a new chance to live, all hopes were stripped from him again. Since the beginning of April he is been unable to speak, eat or leave his bed.

Despite our best hopes, the way to recovery has been dotted with many setbacks and we are just taking it day by day, trying to help him with the few therapies available where my family lives. The delay in the rehabilitation process has cause the onset of dry gangrene and we are eager to get him all the help he needs to live the best life possible despite his current condition.

This has been a very hard time both emotionally and physically for him, but it's been trying also for my mother and myself. Unfortunately, with health needs also come hefty medical bills which have been piling up. While it is my intention to keep helping my parents financially as much as I can, I finally realized that I need to ask for help, because I can't catch up fast enough and I would like to give them the peace of mind to focus on the recovery process instead of having to constantly worry about how to manage the expenses.

I know these are hard times for many of us, and I understand you might not be in the position to help financially, but if you can, please share this, I always believed in the kindness of strangers, I know I made donations to people in need I didn't personally know in the past and I know every bit helped.

Thank you for stopping and taking the time to read this <3
