Myself and my kids have been very sick for a few years now, back and forth to doctors not knowing what is wrong. Recently I found a bunch of black mold growing in our trailer that we rent. I told my landlord about it and asked for a professional to come look at the mold. She had an appointment with Best to come out and then she canceled them from coming saying her maintenance man would come kill the mold. He didn't kill it he barely painted over it with kilz the mold has continued to grow, I keep finding more mold and my landlord doesn't care. It's not my responsibility to look for more mold as I rent this traile. The mold was under cabinets behind the dishwasher in my son's room where he sleeps he has had to see a heart specialist due to heart palpitations from mold plus he now has asthma from it. My daughter has issues as well. And me I was born with muscular dystrophy so my immune system is different than others I've been extremely sick from the mold having to see cancer specialist to going to the doctor every month because I didn't know what was wrong. Feeling like I had a cold that never went away the worst headaches huge bruises and rash all over my body. Memory loss trouble breathing. My landlord knows there is mold still growing but instead of making sure we are safe and ok she has been very rude to me about the mold she hasn't had anyone come to look at it. Just acts like it no big deal. I really don't like asking for help but I need to get my family out of this trailer before we get worse. Any help is greatly appreciated even if you can't help at the moment sharing my story may help others who are suffering and may not know what is going on. Mold is a huge problem and being exposed for years not knowing. We just want to feel better and get our lives back on track. Thank you 😊
