Mark is unable to get medical assistance. His teeth are breaking off and abscessed. Need's extensive work. He can only eat soft food. He has periodontal disease. His wisdom teeth need to be removed as well. He broke his front teeth on a radiator when he was a child and needed adult caps on the front teeth but his father passed away when he was 13 and he had to drop out of the 9th grade to work and has not been able to replace them. He pulled out one of the front teeth with the cap because the child cap killed the tooth. 4 teeth broke off last week. Needs deep cleaning and repair. Each small section that they clean is $200 and very painful. The gaps of missing teeth are also causing the other teeth to shift around. Many are loose, broke and infected. He is unable to eat anything but soft liquid food. There is a lot of bone loss and the infection is spreading to the jaw. He is already very skinny for his height 6ft 1in 145 pounds.
