I'm trying to help my mom! Her husband passed away 3 years ago this past week and he left my mom stuck with the house and property she can't afford by herself and no life insurance, unbelievably! She's in her mid 70s and has gone back to work to try to make it on her own and what she had saved for retirement she put into her bank account to put into the house to sell. A family member was supposed to be helping her by fixing whatever needed to be done and instead of buying the materials/supplies that were needed to fix the few things she needed done, they helped themselves to her account, them and God only know what they did with her savings but she has Absolutely nothing left! I live almost 2 hours away and go every day I can (has been up to 3 times a week, when I can afford it) to help with whatever I can might be getting her packed up or fix anything I can do and in Nov I gave her everything we had saved to catch up her mortgage payments and now she's 2 months behind by February 16th they will start forecloser and doesn't have anyone who she can ask for (a loan or any help. She has hired a real estate agent and put the house up for sale but it's taking alil bit longer than my mom thought it was going to sell. So I'm asking anyone who might be blessed enough and have the means to help to please open your heart and if I can raise $4,800 to the $7300 to get her up to date and will give her another few months to sell her house, I'd greatly appreciate it and even if you want to give me your info I'll get it back to you as soon as possible! I believe in paying someone back if someone loans me money. I REALLY don't know what else I can do to help her, I've paid some of her bills on my credit cards but for some reason you can't pay for mortgage payment with a credit card! I'm begging for any help as I can get her, every dollar counts in this situation. I was hoping for everything to turn around for her since she has such a great heart and rescues animals that have been thrown away and gives them a better life by finding them wonderful homes and will reach out to help anyone she can. And I feel so bad cause I can't help her and she can't even help herself right now. She's so down I don't even get to see her smile in along time now! I would really appreciate any help you can give, I pray for so many people and extra prayers for All that are in bad situations too! Whenever I can pay it forward I do, hopefully it will come back to help me(to help my mom) I just don't want to see my mom lose everything cause her husband didn't care enough about her after he was gone and what she was going to have to be left with (nothing but lots of Bill's, not to mention the cost of his funeral and she did all he asked for to be done without question of the cost cause that was his wishes that alone (was about half of what she had saved) if you can or know someone who can help Please do! I truly believed God will Bless you even more for helping someone who is in great need! She has worked her whole life and thought she would be able to one day retire and she was diagnosed with MS about 12 years ago and luckily she was a good candidate for an experimental drug and it has put the MS in remission maybe 4 years now, just in time she had to go back to working "in her 70s" I pray nobody else's mother/father are having to ever go through this, it's so hard watching someone you Love wholeheartedly to go through.
