Help Oscar
Oscar was diagnosed with cancer last year. Oscar's health is declining. While it devastates me and is tearing my heart apart I don't want to see him in pain. I'm trying to get money together to get him to the vet and if they find it necessary to let Oscar reach the Rainbow Bridge without pain and to get him Back home with me
