Help prevent eviction
I am reaching out for help after facing some unexpected medical problems that forced me to retire earlier than planned. About two years ago, my health took a turn, and I had to leave work before I was ready. Without any savings for retirement, I have been living on social security, which usually covers my monthly expenses. However, when unexpected home repairs or medical bills come up, I have had to rely on credit cards and high-interest short-term loans to get by.
Now, I am at a point where I can no longer keep up with payments on these credit cards and loans. My checking account is currently in the negative, and I am really concerned that I may not be able to pay my lot rent at the end of this month. The mobile home park will not hesitate to evict me if I fall behind, and the stress of this situation has been overwhelming.
If I could pay off these high-interest loans and pay down some of the credit cards and maybe have a little left over to keep in my checking account, I would be able to get back on track and dig myself out of this financial hole. I've never done anything like this before, and I don't have any friends or family to ask for help, but I would be so grateful to anyone who would consider donating to my fund to help me get through this financial nightmare.
