I have an inoperable schwannoma in my neck, a tumor originating from one of my cranial nerves. At diagnosis, it was the size of an adult man's closed fist. Yes, you read that correctly. It’s positioned against my carotid artery and limiting blood flow to my brain, leaving me with an increasing risk of stroke as it grows—or worse.

Since radiation would cumulatively increase my risk of developing a malignant cancer and would really only potentially stop the tumor from growing rather than shrink it—while still leaving me to deal with so many of the symptoms I currently experience—I’ve chosen to explore alternative approaches.

Recently, I was led to the work of a doctor whose alternative approach has helped many people heal, and I have an opportunity to participate in this work in person.

I’m genuinely excited about what this opportunity could mean for my future, and I’m doing everything I can to continue moving forward.
