Eram and partner are sleeping on a too-small, broken bed, which makes for uncomfortable, sleepless nights, body aches, and unproductive days. They are struggling just to heat their house and put food on the table, so buying a new bed is pretty much a pipe dream unless they get some outside help. Due to small room sizes, instead of getting a new, larger bed, they will be getting two full beds and sleep in separate rooms. Any extra will go towards chairs (they are sitting on buckets/the floor), a futon for the living room, and heating, which is prohibitively costly.
