As many of you know we just rescued this abused kitty who was badly burned from the Island of Moorea (next to Tahiti). The group that made this possible is Association Eimeo Animara. This group of volunteers is fighting an incredible battle alone as there is NO shelter on the island and abuse is Never prosecuted. Stray animals are everywhere and the rest are chained 24/7, many being fed only occasionally. Animals are sick, starving, wounded, and in horrible shape. The appalling conditions are the reason this unpaid group fight so hard, buying food and paying for basic medical care out of their own pockets. They are working around the clock to fight the common belief that animals are a dispensable byproduct of life. They try and provide sterilization surgeries when their budget allows. This fundraiser is to provide them with the ability to buy kennels for transport and surgery recovery as well as food and flea medication. As they are not in the U.S. I must be listed as the beneficiary but the money will be transferred to them. Proof of this transaction will be provided to anyone upon request. Please help me help them.
