As Phyl Stone's employer and good friend, I've come to know him not just as an employee, but as a valued member of our organization. Recently, I learned about the challenges he's been facing, and I couldn't stand by without acting.

Phyl, a devoted father of four, is a hard worker and tirelessly provides for his family. However, their lives took an unexpected turn when his daughter, Riza was diagnosed with stage 2 ALL leukemia in April. Despite pouring his entire life savings and taking advances from his jobs, Phyl has managed to scrape together his family's savings of $35,000 for Riza's treatment.

But here's where things really hit hard: even with all that effort, Riza's battle with cancer persists, and the family's medical bills just keep piling up. And as if that wasn't enough, Phyl, who already struggles with diabetes and hypertension, recently suffered a heart attack due to the stress of it all.
