Rocko came into our lives when I surprised my wife with him for our fifth wedding anniversary, and from that moment he became more than a dog- he became a family member. He has filled our home with joy, comfort, and countless unforgettable memories. Everyone says they have the best dog, but he really really is : the happiest, friendliest adventure companion, a constant source of love, and joy with his antics. Wherever we go, he brings warmth with him, and somehow, everyone he meets falls in love with him just as deeply as we have.

He’s only five years old, and we thought we had so many adventures ahead of us.

One weekend, Rocko started acting unlike himself. He quickly began looking sick, and after long hours at the vet and extensive testing, we received the news we never expected: high-grade lymphoma.

We’ve met with an oncologist, and there is hope. The plan is to start CHOP chemotherapy, with the goal of getting him into remission while keeping him comfortable and enjoying life.

But treatment is estimated to cost at least $14,000, on top of the thousands we’ve already spent finding out what was wrong. We’re raising $15,000 to help pay for his chemotherapy and veterinary care.

It’s hard to ask for help, but we love this dog so much. We want to give him the chance to keep doing what he loves—going on adventures, making friends, and being right beside us.

Even one more good summer with Rocko would mean everything.
