My name is Chevy, and I’m reaching out with a heavy but hopeful heart to ask for help for my sweet dog, Sandy.

Sandy isn’t just a pet — she’s my best friend, my comfort on hard days, and the little soul who greets me with unconditional love no matter what life throws at us. She has always been full of energy, tail wags, and the kind of joy that makes a house feel like home.

Recently, Sandy was diagnosed with a rare disease that requires urgent veterinary treatment. It’s been overwhelming and heartbreaking to watch her go from her happy, playful self to struggling and uncomfortable. The vet has assured me that with proper treatment, she has a strong chance of recovering and getting back to the vibrant dog we all know and love.

The total cost for her treatment, medication, and follow-up care is around $2,200. Unfortunately, I’m not in a financial position to cover this expense on my own. I never imagined I would be in a situation where I’d have to ask for help like this, but Sandy’s life and health mean everything to me.
