Dear Friends & Fam!

As many of you know, beginning of September I started the trip in my RV (Fancy) down south to Joshua Tree. The plan was to land in Joshua Tree before Sept 19th to continue my build job with the Joshua Tree Music Festival.

Just north of Morro Bay Google maps rerouted me around an accident. It was up a steep road that no RV should ever attempt. Unfortunately, making it up the hills completely blew the already sensitive transmission in Fancy. To top it all off my roadside assistance (cough, Progressive, cough), dropped the ball on two separate occasions. First, in getting me off the side of the road in any sort of timely manner, and then in getting towed to the transmission repair shop. Which left me paying out of pocket for tows.

Thankfully I received so much help from both strangers and friends and was able to get down to J Tree just 4 days late for work.

However, Fancy is in the shop five hours north of me, with an appointment for a full transmission overhaul on October 10th.

The rough estimate to get all fixed up will completely drain my savings account.

Timing wise this lands right as my job with JTMF wraps up until February. Additionally, Winter is the low season in my Sun Buttah business.

So, I have one more big ask of my community far and wide. If there is anything you are willing to spare to help me with these expenses I would be incredibly grateful! It will help me to get the rig out of the shop, and down to Joshua Tree where I can pick up more work for the Winter, be with my community, and focus on music.
