I am writing to respectfully request assistance with my current car note payment. Due to me getting injured at work due to company negligence and waiting to file for disability , I am finding it difficult to keep up with the monthly payments.

My elderly mother has been experiencing serious health issues and requires frequent medical appointments. I am her primary caregiver, and reliable transportation is essential to ensure she receives the care she needs. Without my vehicle, I would be unable to get her to and from her doctors’ visits, many of which are time-sensitive and critical to her health.
