Over the past couple of years, Skinny's Bar & Grill has grown into so much more than just a restaurant—it has become a true gathering place for friends, family, and neighbors. Whether you're joining us for a lively night of trivia and karaoke, playing Bingo, cheering alongside our Buffalo Bills Backer family, or just stopping by for our famous Philly cheesesteaks and egg rolls, you have made Skinny's feel like home. The reality is that most small businesses don't survive their first few years. Yet, thanks entirely to your unwavering support, we haven't just survived; we've thrived.

Now, we are thrilled to share that we have a rare opportunity to grow alongside the community that built us. We have the chance to expand our footprint into the neighboring suites, which will allow us to bring you an even better experience. Our dream is to transform this new space into the ultimate entertainment spot, complete with pool tables, dart boards, a dedicated stage, a DJ booth, and a dance floor. To accommodate this growth and keep your favorite wings and cheesesteaks coming out quickly, we also desperately need to build out a larger kitchen, add a second bar, a stage, dance floor, DJ Booth, sound and TV systems and upgrade our cooling and draft systems. Just to name a few.

Allyn, our owner, is a retired police major and has always had a passion for "community".

While we have the passion, the drive, and the vision to make this a reality, we unfortunately do not have the full capital required to fund a project of this scale on our own. Because we view Skinny's as a community staple, we are reaching out to you for help. Skinny’s Bar& Grill is looking to expand into two-three adjacent suites. This will effectively transform Skinny's Bar & Grill from a local spot into a full-scale entertainment destination. Integrating high-energy activities like live music, pool tables, dart boards, dance floors and a DJ booth alongside more exclusive V.I.P. options will diversify our crowd and keep people in their seats longer.
