Anyone who knows me knows I have a hard time asking for help, but this time my family really needs it and we're struggling to find options.

At the beginning of November RJ lost his job at Omega. They lost a major client and let him go because he was the lowest seniority. Right away he put in for unemployment but with the holidays his application has been in limbo and could be for months. I haven't been working because my oldest son is in the process of being diagnosed for autism and I've been focused in getting him the help he needs as well as taking care of my ten month old. RJ started applying for jobs immediately but again with the holidays everything has just been so slow. He finally got a job and starts on January 2nd. The problem is the job is in Detroit, across the state from where we currently live. Having no income in December we were unable to pay our rent and are currently awaiting the eviction processing to start. This job could be life changing for us but we don't have the money for him to get there everyday nor do we have the money to move. I know times are so hard for all my family and friends but I'm hoping maybe we can get a little help to get us on our way. I'm so sorry to have to ask and if you can't help I completely understand.
