My fiance got a new (to her) 2003 Toyota Camry from a used car dealership about a week ago, writing a postdated check against her paycheck from work as the down payment. She had a dispute with her roommate the night before she got paid, her roommate left and on the way out stole my Fiance's debit card. The moment the check got deposited, the now ex roommate withdrew all of it, causing the postdated check used as a down payment to bounce. The owner of the car lot called and we have until the end of the day to bring the car back, the cash, or if not he reports the car stolen. WE NEED HELP. This car was our only method of transportation and is now our home. Please, anything helps.
