Help Struggling Author
Over the past year I have been working tirelessly on something very important to me — a children's book called Oliver and Bella: Best of Friends. It’s a heartwarming story about kindness, friendship, and compassion that I hope will eventually reach schools, libraries, and children who need stories that encourage empathy and connection.
While working to finish the book and its illustrations, life has unfortunately placed me in a difficult financial situation. I am currently responsible for covering my parents’ living expenses along with my own, and several unexpected challenges have created a serious short-term hardship. Between overdue rent, essential bills, and ongoing medical expenses, the financial pressure has become overwhelming.
I have been doing everything possible to resolve the situation on my own — working with banks, publishers, and every option available — but the timing of incoming funds and publishing payments has not lined up with urgent deadlines. Right now I simply need help getting through this immediate moment so I can stabilize things and complete the final steps of publishing the book.
This fundraiser will help cover:
• Overdue rent to prevent housing instability
• Essential living bills and expenses
• Medical costs that have recently arisen
• Final publishing and launch costs for the children's book
If you know me, you know I rarely ask for help and always try to solve things myself. Creating this fundraiser was not an easy decision, but at this moment I truly need the support of my community to get through a very difficult period.
Any amount — no matter how small — would mean more than I can express. Even sharing this fundraiser with others would help tremendously.
My hope is that once this book is published, it will not only help improve my situation but also bring joy and meaningful lessons to children and families.
Thank you for reading, for caring, and for supporting me during this challenging time. I am deeply grateful for every bit of kindness and encouragement.
