We are Miguel and Claudia Abreu, We live in Orlando, Florida, and those who you see in the photo, are our son Daniel, his wife Julianna, and our grandchildren Abiel, Anastasia, and Natalia. For all of us here, the critical situation in Venezuela is evident. Our family there is one of many families that lack the necessary resources to survive in the midst of the caos and turmoil in that country. Thelack of necessary resources is scarce or is sold at outrageous prices making a gallon of milk almost unaffordable at these chaotic times.

Daniel is a Music Educator. He have been trying to teach music, but forthe society now that is not an priority. His students have been progressively abandoned the classes not being able to pay for them. He is looking for other options to work but many doors are closed. That´s why they, as a marriage, have decide to emigrate to Chile. They don´t see future for their family there. They don´t want their children to grow under a communist sistem, the want them to grow free, healthy and with all the possible opportunities to cultivate and educate. 

This is part of why we are hoping to help them leave Venezuela and move to the Republic of Chile. There they will be able to settle and sadly leave their home country to a place where it is not a risk everyday to leave your front door.

Te Abreu Family attends to a small church, called Cristian Comunity of Barquisimeto. Julianna has been serving there in the children teachers group, and Daniel as the leader of the worship ministry. God has called them to serve no matter where they are, and they are willing to use the talents He has given them to glorify His Name.

With this, we desire to help our son and his family raise the necessary funds to cover their travel to Chile and also help to provide a place for them to stay while they search for work in this new place they will call home. Once we have the necessary funds, we will be able to complete their travel cost, which include the ground transportation to Colombia, and the flying tickets to Santiago of Chile. The rest of the funds will be transferred to them once they arrive to Chile. They have been able to raise some funds but it is still not enough.
