Last Wednesday I got one of the scariest phone calls I have ever had, show low pd called saying my husband had been in an accident. I felt like my heart had just been ripped out. Finally I get a call from him saying it's bad and to meet him at the hospital. I sat there waiting for the ambulance not knowing if he was going to be okay or what had happened. It felt like hours of waiting when it was only minutes. When he finally got there they told me his arm got pulled into a circular saw and within a 2 hours he was on a helicopter being sent to Phoenix for surgery to attempt to save his arm. As of now we have seen the surgeon that put his arm back together and he's saying he needs a lot of work before he's going to be able to even hold our baby again. Some of this plan includes physical therapy 3 times a week in Phoenix and a second surgery. He was the main bread winner as I stayed home with our 4 kids. We are having to uproot and stay in the valley for the next 6-8 months minimum. He can't work, he can't be left alone with the kids because he can't use his arm. John has been a staple in this community and has helped and touched so many lives. If he helped you and if you have anything to spare, it would greatly help with this long process of relocating and the expenses that come with this.
