Help to fix stairs
One of the stairs, leading to my front porch is almost gone due to my neighbors landlord not wanting to fix my neighbor's side of the steps, so the damage is now in my side. I am a 38 year old homeowner, my homeowners insurance isn't covering this. I work full time but with everything I have going on (bills) I don't have anything extra right now to put aside for this.
